  • Women's Volleyball Ends 2019 Season on High Note, Tops Albertus Magnus, 3-0

    NASHUA, N.H. – The Emmanuel College women's volleyball team wrapped up the 2019 campaign with a tri-match split at Rivier University, falling to the host Raiders, 3-0, before ending the season on a high note with a 3-0 victory over Albertus Magnus College. The wins round out the Raiders 2019 regular season with a 22-7 record, 10-2 mark against the conference and the overall #3 seeding in the upcoming conference tournament next week. The Falcons of Albertus Magnus drop to 9-21 overall and 2-10 in the GNAC while the Saints of Emmanuel College slide to 9-21 overall, 3-9 GNAC.

    Sophomore outside hitter Amelia Murphy (North Attleboro, Mass.) took control of the evening for the Anchorwomen of Rhode Island College, paving the way to a five set victory of Emmanuel College on Thursday evening on the Andy Yosinoff Court.

    BOSTON, Mass. - The Emmanuel College women’s volleyball team dropped a pair of Great Northeast Athletic Conference matches, falling to Regis College 3-1 before dropping a 3-2 heartbreaker to Norwich University.

    BOSTON, Mass. - Senior outside hitter Nicole Silverman (Chelmsford, Mass.) collected a season-high 19 kills to go along with 13 digs to power the UMass Dartmouth women’s volleyball squad over host Emmanuel College, 3-1 (25-19, 19-25, 25-19, 25-17), in non-conference action at the Andy Yosinoff Court.
  • Sharks Sink Saints in Women's Volleyball Action, 3-0

    BOSTON, Mass. – Junior setter Faith Gray-Williams (Las Vegas, Nev.) set for 33 assists and classmate Morgan Weeg (Goodyear, Ariz.) put down a match-high 12 kills to lead the Simmons University women’s volleyball team over visiting Emmanuel College (Mass.), 3-0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-17), this afternoon in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action at Moore Gymnasium in Boston, Mass. The Sharks have won six of their least eight and improve to 15-7 overall, including 9-1 in league play, while the Saints fall to 6-16 and 2-6.

  • Saints Split Home GNAC Trimatch

    The Emmanuel College women’s volleyball team welcomed the University of Saint Joseph’s Blue Jays and Saint Joseph’s College of Maine Monks on Saturday, October 12th for a Great Northeast Athletic Conference tri-match. The Monks improved to 4 – 2 in conference with a win over both USJ and EC, while the Saints collected a win over the Blue Jays in the first match of the day, improving to 2 – 5 in GNAC play.
  • MIT Slides Past Women's Volleyball, 3-0

    CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - An efficient hitting performance, which improved throughout the match, helped the MIT women's volleyball team defeat Emmanuel College, 25-17, 25-10, 25-7, in non-conference action on Thursday night. The Engineers generated a .540 hitting percentage, including a .643 performance in the third set.
  • Lasers Take Four Set Heartbreaker Over Saints, 3-1

    Sophomore outside hitter Kiana Perez Diaz (Juncos, P.R.) led the Lasell University women’s volleyball team to a 3-1 victory over the Emmanuel College Saints (26-28, 21-25, 25-23, 24-26), to gain a Great Northeast Athletic Conference win on Thursday evening on the Andrew Yosinoff Court.

    BOSTON, Mass. – Led by Aleks Qose (Athens, Greece) and Bianca Coghi-DeSousa's (Sao Paulo, Brazil) match-high nine kills volleyball cruised to a 3-0 non-conference win over Emmanuel College Tuesday evening at Clark Athletic Center Gymnasium.

    BOSTON, Mass. - Wentworth Institute of Technology topped Emmanuel College, 3-0 (25-9-25-18, 25-23), in non-conference Women’s Volleyball action Saturday morning in the Andy Yosinoff Court. With the win the Leopards improve to 7-4 on the year while the loss drops the Saints to 4-5.

    KEENE, N.H. - Ali McLoughlin had 16 kills, recording double-digits in that category for the ninth time this season, as the Keene State College volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-14) victory over Emmanuel College on Tuesday night at Spaulding Gymnasium.
  • Women's Volleyball Splits Non-Conference Tri-match at Curry

    MILTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College women's volleyball team split a non-conference tri-match on Saturday afternoon at Curry College. The host Colonels topped the Saints, 3-1 and beat Husson University 3-2. Emmanuel topped Husson 3-0 in the middle match. With the wins, the Colonels improve to 5-3 on the season while the Saints move to 4-3 on the year.
  • Syverson Powers Women’s Volleyball to 3-0 Win Over Becker in Home-Opener

    BOSTON, Mass. - First year middle hitter Elizabeth Syverson (Huntington, Vt.) collected a match-high 13 kills and five aces to power the Emmanuel College women’s volleyball team past Becker College, 3-0, Thursday evening at the Jean Yawkey Center gymnasium.

    MEDFORD,Mass.-- The Emmanuel College women's volleyball team topped Lesley University in three straight sets Tuesday evening, 3-0.  The loss gives the Lynx a 0-2 start to the young season, while the Saints improve to 2-2.

    WINTRHOP, Mass. – Emmanuel College freshman Samantha Carrigan (Plaistow, N.H.) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Rookie of the Week/Libero of the Week for the week of August 26-September 2, it was announced by the conference office on Tuesday.
  • Carrigan Named to All-Tourney Team as Women's Volleyball Splits Final Day at Colonial Classic

    DANBURY, Conn. - The Emmanuel College women's volleyball team split a pair of matches on the final day of the Colonial Classic on Saturday afternoon. The Saints suffered a 3-0 setback to Penn State Berks to open the day, but bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Smith College later in the day.
