  • Dash & Deschenes Named to All-New England Squad

    BOSTON, Mass. - The United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors have been announced and Emmanuel College seniors Natalie Dash (East Hampton, Conn.) and Kaylin Deschenes (Lynn, Mass.) has earned Third Team All-New England accolades. It marks just the second time in program history that two Saints have landed on the All-Region during the same season, with the other occurring during the 2009 campaign.
  • Deschenes Named Defensive Player of the Year; One of Five Named GNAC All-Conference

    WINTHROP, Mass. - Five players from the Emmanuel College women's soccer team were honored Monday morning earning Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Conference honors as announced by the conference office. Senior Kaylin Deschenes (Lynn, Mass.) becomes the first player in GNAC history to earn back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year honors while fellow senior Natalie Dash (East Hampton, Conn.) joined her for the second consecutive year on the GNAC All-Conference First Team. Junior Sydney Allen (Charlestown, R.I.) was named to the Second Team and senior Abba McKenelley (Middleton, Mass.) and junior Rachel Prevost (Tewksbury, Mass.) both earned Third Team honors. In addition, senior Taylor Rathbun (Sheffield, Mass.) was named to the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

    STANDISH, Maine – #2 Saint Joseph’s College (14-3-3) scored twice in a matter of four minutes midway through the second half to defeat #3 Emmanuel College (10-9-1), 2-1, in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women’s soccer tournament semifinal at the SJC Athletics Complex on Tuesday evening.

    NASHUA, N.H. – Senior forward Natalie Dash (East Hampton, Conn.) netted the lone goal to power the Emmanuel College women's soccer team to a 1-0 road victory over Rivier University on Friday evening in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action. The loss sends the Raiders to 2-8-2 overall on the season with a 0-6-1 mark against the conference while the Saint improve to 5-2-0 in the GNAC and 6-7-0 overall.

    BRIGHTON, Mass. – First year midfielder Izabella Warren (Hillsboro, N.H.) scored the game-winning goal with 4:31 left in overtime to give the Simmons University women’s soccer team a 3-2 victory over visiting Emmanuel College in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play this afternoon on Daly Field in Brighton, Mass. The Sharks improve to 1-9-1 overall, including 1-6-0 in league play, while the Saints fall to 5-7-0 and 4-2-0.

    BOSTON, Mass. - Women's Soccer first year goalkeeper Alyssa Crugnale (Middleton, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week, it was announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. This marks the second time this season Crugnale has been honored by the conference office as she earned GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week honors on September 23.

    WALTHAM, Mass. – The Brandeis University women's soccer team got a goal in the eighth minute and made it hold up for the rest of the contest as the Judges defeated visiting Emmanuel College, 1-0, on Gordon Field in non-conference action today. The win pushes the Judges' record to 7-2, while the Saints fall to 3-6.

    The Emmanuel College Saint’s solidified a major conference victory, 2-1, against the Monks of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine on Wednesday evening at Roberto Clemente Field, as sophomore Kennedy Davignon (Woodstock, Conn.) recorded a goal and an assist to lead the Saints towards victory.

    BOSTON, Mass. - Women's Soccer first year goalkeeper Alyssa Crugnale (Middleton, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Goalkeeper of the Week, it was announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon. This marks the first GNAC Weekly honor this season for the Saints and the first Goalkeeper of the Week recognition for the program since Alexis Gawron earned the honor last season on October 29.
