The Saints wrapped up another successful season in 2009, reaching the semifinals of the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament and making the program's second Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Tournament appearance. Emmanuel, which picked up 10 wins and just two losses in regular season conference matches, received the 3rd seed in the GNAC Tournament and defeated the 6th-seeded Sharks of Simmons College in the GNAC Quarterfinals. read more

The Emmanuel Women's Volleyball Team wrapped up the 2009 season with a 3-0 loss to Plymouth State University in the opening round of the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Tournament. The host Panthers entered the match as the top seed in the New England tournament and swept the 8th-seeded Saints, 3-0 (25-16, 25-15, 25-21), in Plymouth's Foley Gymnasium. Emmanuel finished the 2009 campaign with an overall record of 18-14, as the Saints were making the program's second ECAC Tournament appearance. read more

The Emmanuel Women's Volleyball Team received a bid to the 2009 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) post-season tournament. The Saints are one of eight teams from the New England region, who will be competing for the ECAC Championship. Emmanuel is seeded 8th and will travel to Plymouth, N.H. on Wednesday (11/11) to take on the top-seeded Panthers of Plymouth State University. The match is slated to begin at 6:00pm. read more
