Coach Howell joined the Emmanuel staff in 1994. He is a 1985 graduate of UMass-Boston. Coach Howell has been involved in youth and high school basketball in the Boston, Malden and Winchester areas. He is a native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Arthur works full-time for Mellon Trust.
