Emmanuel's Curtis Abram was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Volleyball Player of the Week for the week ending on February 27th. The junior outside hitter led Emmanuel to a 2-1 week with wins over Mount Ida College and Elms College. The Saints' lone loss during the week was a 3-2 setback at MIT. Abram paced the Saints with 29 kills, while hitting .471 in the match. The San Luis Obispo, California native is currently leading the Saints, averaging 3.73 kills per set, while closing in on 1,000 kills for his collegiate career. Abram and the Saints will face three top-ten nationally ranked teams this week in Rivier, MSOE and Carthage.
