EMMANUEL MEN'S VOLLEYBALL SEASON PREVIEW

The Saints, who were ranked 12th nationally in the AVCA preseason poll, are coming off the best season in program history and return seven veterans from last year's record-setting team.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...Pettis was a three-sport athlete at Haverhill High School (Haverhill, Mass.), playing four years of volleyball, three years of football and two years of track...was a four-year starter and four-time All-Merrimac Valley Conference selection in volleyball...named the Boston Globe player of the Year as a senior...led his team to the Mass Finals his senior year.
