PEREZ NAMED GNAC GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK

Emmanuel sophomore Carlos Perez (Boca Raton, FL) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference's (GNAC) Men's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week on September 15th. Perez led the Saints to a 2-1 week, including a shutout of Lesley University and a shutout of Rivier College in his 45 minutes of play in the team's GNAC opener. Perez stopped a Raider penalty kick to lead the Saints to a 3-1 win. Perez is 3-1 in his four starts this season. He has allowed just 3 goals in 4 games and owns a 0.86 goals against average.
