Men's Soccer

Colin Goin was named the Head Coach of the Emmanuel Men's Soccer Team prior to the start of the 2009 season. Goin served as the Assistant Coach for the Saints for the past three seasons (2006, 2007, 2008) under former Head Coach Julio Avila. Goin grew up in New York, playing soccer for one of the most well-known clubs in New York, the F.C. Westchester soccer club. Goin attended Long Island University-Southampton College, where he played defense and midfield for the men's soccer team. Goin's team was nationally ranked every year, reaching as high as third in the nation one season.
Upon achieving his undergraduate education, Goin stayed on to coach at Southampton College as an assistant coach. In 2005, Goin moved to Boston and began his career with the Saints.
Goin currently works full-time as a land surveyor in Boston for Nitsch Engineering. He resides in Norwood, MA with his girlfriend.
