MEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO SAINT JOE'S IN GNAC SEMIFINALS

The second-seeded Monks of Saint Joseph's College defeated the sixth-seeded Saints of Emmanuel College, 4-1, in the GNAC Tournament Semifinals.

AS A JUNIOR... Played in and started six matches in goal for the Saints, posting a team-best 1.47 goals against average while tallying a 2-3-1 overall record ... Notched a win in his first outing of the season, posting a season-high nine save in a 2-1 victory over Suffolk University on September 11 ... Pitched a shutout on October 11 vs. Albertus Magnus, making eight saves in the Saints 1-0 victory ... Ended the campaign with a .804 goals against average while making 37 total saves ... Named to the GNAC Weekly Honor Roll for his play during the week of October 11-17.

AS A SOPHOMORE... Saw time in net for the Saints in eight matches, starting seven contests in between the pipes while posting a 2.74 goals against average over 623 minutes of action ... Made Emmanuel debut on September 12 vs. Albertus Magnus College ... Posted a season-high 11 save outing on September 19 vs. Mount Ida College ...
