MEN'S SOCCER TEAM SETS PROGRAM-RECORD WITH SHUTOUT OF RAIDERS

The 2-0 win over Rivier on Monday marked Emmanuel's 9th win and 10th shutout of the 2011 season.

AS A FRESHMAN... One of only two freshmen to play in all 18 games for the Saints, earning 12 starts ... Made collegiate debut on September 1 vs. Curry College ... Made first collegiate start on September 13 vs. MIT ... Tallied first collegiate point on September 22, notching an assist in the Saints 7-0 victory over Wheelock College ... On the year, attempted five shots, landing one on net.

BEFORE EMMANUEL...Brady was a four-year player and two-year starter for the soccer team at Springfield High School (Springfield, Vt.)...captained the team his senior year, leading the squad to a Vermont State Championship...tallied six goals and three assists, including the game-winning goal in the state finals...named an All-State and All-Marble Valley as a senior...lso played four years of highschool basketball and two years of baseball.
