The Emmanuel College Athletic Department is excited to announce the promotion of Colin Goin to Head Men's Soccer Coach for the Saints. Goin has been a trusted and dedicated assistant coach with the men's program for the past three seasons. He served under former head coach Julio Avila during the 2006, 2007 and 2008 seasons. Coach Goin is originally from New York. He received his bachelor's degree from Long Island University-Southampton College. Upon achieving his undergraduate education, Goin stayed on to serve as an assistant coach at Southampton College. read more

Emmanuel College has established a partnership with the City of Boston to upgrade Roberto Clemente Field, a city-owned field located across the street from the Emmanuel College campus. This comprehensive restoration will result in a brand-new facility that will benefit the Fenway neighborhood and Boston Public Schools, as well as serve as the new home field location for Boston Latin School and Emmanuel College athletic teams. read more

The Emmanuel Men's Soccer Team were faced with a must-win situation on Wednesday afternoon, when the Saints traveled to Mount Ida College for their last regular season game. Emmanuel's Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament hopes hinged on a victory over the Mustangs. With the score knotted at 1-1 in the 62nd minute, Mount Ida freshman Ty Taylor (South Africa) headed in the go ahead goal off a cross from senior Matt Gill (Winfield, KS) eventually giving the Mustangs a 3-1 victory over the Saints. read more
