Emmanuel's Xavier Everson was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week for the week ending on January 30th. The freshman guard led Emmanuel over the week, averaging 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Everson shot .465 from the floor for the week and also picked up 7 blocks and 4 steals in his 3 games played.

The Rochester, New York native leads the Saints in four different statistical categories this season, including rebounding, assists, blocks and steals. He is also the Saints' second leading scorer.
