Emmanuel College senior Isaiah Duke (Albany, N.Y.) netted his 1,000th career point late in the second half, becoming just the sixth player in Emmanuel program history to reach this milestone.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Saw playing time in 22 games...scored 30 points for the season...grabbed 17 rebounds while hitting five shots from beyond the arc...dished out eight assists and made three steals.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10): Played in 14 games with two starts...tallied 28points for the year with one block and three steals...grabbed six offensive and six defensive rebounds for 12 total boards.
BEFORE EMMANUEL: Three-year varsity player at Ponaganset High School in Glocester, R.I...started both junior and senior seasons...winner of the "James Federico Award" by the Rhode Island Interscholastic League Coaches Association...spent his post-graduate year at the Canterbury School in New Milford, Conn...named MVP of Centerburg's varsity basketball team while leading the team in scoring.
