WATSON DROPS 32 TO LEAD ALBERTUS MAGNUS OVER EMMANUEL

Emmanuel College suffered an 88-71 setback at the hands of Albertus Magnus College in Great Northeast Athletic Conference men's basketball action played in the Jean Yawkey Center on Thursday night.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Played in all 25 games, making eight starts...was fourth on the team in points scored with 149, averaging 6.0 ppg...added 32 assists and 19 steals...shot 20 three-pointers and also went 75% from the free-throw line.

AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10): Played in 23 games with eight starts...finished the season with 112 points, two blocks and 10 steals...also grabbed seven offensive and 13 defensive rebounds for 20 total boards...was a perfect 15-15 from the free-throw line...also shot a team-high 19, three-pointers.

BEFORE EMMANUEL: Three-year varsity basketball player at Norwich Free Academy...also a four-year member of the varsity soccer team...first-team All-ECC as a senior...Norwich Bulletin and New London Day Basketball Player of the Year...first-team All-ECC selection for Norwich Bulletin and New London Day for soccer.
