The Emmanuel College Men's Basketball Team cruised to a 69-57 win over Norwich University on Saturday afternoon in the opening game of a Great Northeast Athletic Conference men's and women's double-header played in the Jean Yawkey Center. This was Emmanuel's second-straight conference victory. With the win, the Saints improve to 11-12 overall and pick up their tenth GNAC win of the season, at 10-6 in the conference. This was the sixth-straight loss for the Cadets, who now drop to 5-17 on the season and 4-12 in league play. read more

Jefferson Lora (Bronx, N.Y.) scored a season-high 20 points as the Albertus Magnus Men's Basketball Team picked up its 20th win of the season with a 92-68 victory over Emmanuel College in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play on Saturday afternoon. The win improves the Falcons to 20-1 on the year, while they move to an unblemished 15-0 mark in GNAC play. The loss puts the Saints at 8-6 in the league standings, while they fall to 9-12 overall. read more
