Assistant Coach - 8th season

Coach Kramer brings an excellent blend of coaching and teaching experience to the cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Emmanuel. Her coaching skills helped get Jacksonville University's Monique Tubbs named NCAA Division I All-American.

Alice has been working in the Boston Public School System for years. During four of those years, her teams won four indoor/outdoor dual county championships. Coach Kramer has been able to teach and coach her student-athletes into champions, league and conference all-stars.

When not coaching, Alice is in the classroom at Marshall Simonds Middle School teaching 6th, 7th and 8th graders with special educational needs. She works closely with the students on reading, language and math.

Coach Kramer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Ithaca College and a Master's Degree in Education at Lesley University.
