WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES IN NCAA REGIONAL
The Emmanuel College Women's Cross Country Team wrapped up the 2011 season by competing at the highly competitive NCAA New England Regional Meet on Saturday morning.

ANOTHER GNAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK HONOR FOR DYE
Emmanuel College freshman Ameena Dye was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season.

EMMANUEL HOSTS 7TH ANNUAL SAINTS CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL
The Emmanuel women finished fourth and the men placed fifth in the 7th Annual Saints Cross Country Invitational on Friday night.
BEFORE EMMANUEL...Dye ran four years of varsity Cross Country and three years of varsity Track for Jamesville-DeWitt High School (DeWitt, N.Y.)...captained the team her senior year...was a 1st Team All-League selection all four years...was a two-time New York State Meet participant...also played two years of high school basketball.
