The Great Northeast Athletic Conference has named Cathryn LaRiviere of Emmanuel College as its 2009 Woman of the Year award winner. The Saints cross country/track and field runner will represent the GNAC as its nominee for the NCAA Woman of the Year award. read more

The Emmanuel College Men's and Women's Track & Field Teams sent three athletes to the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships on Thursday night. Senior Cathryn Lariviere (Windham, N.H.) competed in the 10K, freshman Chris Conway ran the 110-meter hurdles, and sophomore Ben Cleveland (Auburn, Maine) competed in the 100-meters. Conway and Lariviere wrapped up their outdoor seasons by earning All-ECAC honors and setting new Emmanuel program records. read more

Qualifying members of the Emmanuel Men's and Women's Track & Field Teams competed in the New England Division III Track & Field Championships at Springfield College over the weekend. Two Emmanuel athletes earned All-New England honors, while others improved their program records or personal best performances. Three Saints will advance to compete at the ECAC Championships in two weeks. read more
