The cheerleading team performs at all home basketball games (in addition to the dance team). They are part of the heart and soul of the athletic community as they foster the college's pride and encourage fans.

The 2010 Emmanuel College Cheer Team volunteered at the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk on the Charles River Esplanade. The Saints were "finish line greeters," cheering for all of the participants as they crossed the finish line, completing the five-mile route.
